1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the j77u platform and its services. By accessing the j77u website or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

j77u is committed to maintaining the highest standards as a safe and reliable online gaming platform. All our services are protected by SSL encryption and operated in accordance with fair play principles.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any part of the Terms is unclear, please contact our support team.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account and use any service on the j77u platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration & Security

To create an account at j77u, you must provide accurate personal information. Only one account per person is permitted.

• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify support immediately.

j77u will not be held responsible for any activity carried out on your account by another person, unless it is proven to have resulted from a flaw in our security systems.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

j77u supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking and payment methods. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same method that was used for the deposit. j77u reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests while a verification process is ongoing.

Deposits or withdrawals to or from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. You must use a payment account registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

j77u offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific conditions that must be met.

Welcome bonus: j77u offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering requirement: To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after ৳10,000 in wagers.

Other promotional terms:

• If multiple accounts are created from the same holder, device, or IP address to claim bonuses, both accounts will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• j77u reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry date — unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the expiry date.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on the j77u platform:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any winnings incorrectly awarded due to a technical error will be automatically corrected.
• Only one active session per game is permitted at any given time.
• If the internet connection is lost, the previous state of the game is generally restored.

In the sports betting section, all outcomes are considered final once the match has ended. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded or recalculated in accordance with the applicable rules.

If unusual odds are displayed due to a technical error or data feed issue, j77u reserves the right to cancel those bets.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j77u platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or employing arbitrage strategies.
• Attempting fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical advantage.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into any system on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information.

If any of the above prohibited conduct is proven, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

j77u reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• In the event of failure to complete identity or age verification.
• If suspicious activity or evidence of fraud is found.
• At the user's own request (under self-exclusion or a responsible gaming programme).

You may also close your account at any time by notifying our support team. If a valid balance remains, it will be returned after verification is complete.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

j77u treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption technology.
